Panagiotis Patrinos

Panagiotis Patrinos is a Chemical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the corrugated packaging industry at EL PACK S.A. He has strong expertise across the full production chain, from paper and corrugated board properties to converting and flexographic printing processes.
He established and led the Quality Control Department of EL Pack S.A. and contributed to the implementation and certification of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, FSC). He later served as Production Manager and Plant Manager, overseeing factory operations, production planning, KPIs, audits, regulatory compliance, health & safety, waste management, and resource optimization, while managing approximately 130 employees.
Since 2019, he holds the position of Quality Control & Quality Assurance Director, responsible for quality, environmental, and food safety systems, certifications, audits, specifications, complaints management, and continuous improvement across all company sites.
